As I was driving through Joshua Tree National Park, I briefly caught this composition in the corner of my eye and immediately pulled my car over to the side of the road. I got out my camera and aligned myself to where the Joshua Tree became one with the surrounding environment. The V-shape formed in the tree perfectly aligned with the V-shape formed in the rock formation in the background. The title of this photo immediately came to mind as I captured this image.
